I just recently purchased a used 2007 Chevy Tahoe. It did not come with a navigation map dvd. When I purchased it from the dealership, they said that they would get me a dvd, however when I went back to get it, they said that a 2009 map would not work in my 2007 model. Any suggestions on how I can go about getting the correct map for my navigation system?

They lied to you. They are just trying to save the $100 plus it will cost them for the map DVD. Tell them you want the DVD, they will have to give you a 2009 one as they can't order previous ones as they are now obsolete and superseded by the newest one. Hope you got a "We owe" from them for the DVD or if it was the salesman telling you verbally you may be out of luck. If that is the case then speak to the owner of the dealership (not the sales manager).
