2007 Tahoe 5.3 L
I've done this a few times on my older 350 Cu.In. small blocks but do the cylinder heads need to come off on my 07 5.3 L to replace the lifters and push rods? I am hoping only the intake and valve covers need to be removed. I am hearing the lifter ticking noise. (I have 256K on this engine). Thanks.
