2007 Tahoe - Interior door handle part number?

I just filed a complaint with the NHTSA on this issue. I have been looking get mine replaced and I had pretty much just decided to order the parts and do it myself. Can anyone point me towards documentation on the extended warranty? I have not received anything, nor could I find anything online. My dealer will deny it's existence unless I hand him the paper.

The coverage covers the condition for a period of 10 years or 100,000 miles. Repairs will be made at NO CHARGE to customer.
