my mirrors r not folding. that's mean, they don't tilt as well ?

If they are remotely adjustable, I believe they'll tilt when you put it in reverse. Just go thru the DIC options and see.

Check your RPO codes in the glove box, I believe its the "DL3" option for the power folding and tilting....if you have the "DL8" they are standard mirrors

My 2007 Z71 Tahoe passenger mirror stopped folding in. I hear the motor running but it won't move. I'v tried manually moving it in and out, still no luck with the motor moving it. It seems a little loose too. It has about a 1/2" play (forward and back). Any ideas???

ok, went by the dealer. New mirror = $525.00.... They said it might be the actuator which is $79.00. The actuator sits behind the mirror glass, I'm not sure how this would prevent the mirror from folding in/out. I hear the motor running but the mirror will not move. It almost seems that the motor is not catching something as in a stripped gear or something...

jeff, yyy did chevy on their 07 surburbans make it so difficult 2 change the bulbs in the headlights? what happened @ the simple american made truck?

Default swing mirrors

I have a Tahoe 2007 ltz the mirror on the passengers side will not swing in or out I have changed the mirror out with a new one and still it will not swing. I do think that the door panel has been taken off from old owner at one time. if you could help it would be appreciated thank you Robert miller
