Default 2007 Tahoe running hot

I have a 2007 5.3 v8 with sudden issues. It began to run hot last month. Replaced the coolant cap and the thermostat and it was perfect up until a few days ago. Ran hot again so replaced the water pump and belt after seeing there was no flow but I was loosing coolant, flushed system, burped and it still ran hot and I’m idling seeing it get way above 210. A few details I should mention being the fan seems to work properly, both hoses were hot after new pump installed, no white smoke, I used correct coolant and even went as far as using distilled water over water from hose. My heater however has stopped working so while flushing it was blowing cool air. NOW with new water pump I’m able to see where the weep or leak is. With old pump I couldn’t catch it but would see it in a small puddle on the concrete. I have a leak from the Y or quick disconnect. Is this the problem why I’m still running hot? My scanner shows p0171 and p0174 and I have no idea if it could even be related other than possibly ECT sensor. Help me! I have a sweet baby that has to travel over an hour to see her cardiologist each month & I have now had to cancel again. Thank you In advance if you can offer any suggestions or walk me through what I’ve done wrong.
