The dash lights are on when the daytime running lights are on, but when the headlights come on when it gets dark the while dash lighting goes out. I've check that every bulb is good. The relays are all good. I've replaced the light sensor in the dash. I've replaced the headlight switch. Everything is working as should but the lights on the dash at night.

 

Did you check the dash dimmer control?
