2009 LTZ front bumper paint peel in car wash?!?
Just a quick update. I took it in to my dealer this morning and they did determine it was a re-painted bumper, probably done by the original dealer somewhere in Arkansas. The tech said it actualy looked like a decent re-paint job, but he could see a couple tool marks around the area that peeled. I'm not sure if this could have helped cause the issue, he didn't say.
Anyway, its not covered under warranty but the dealer is covering the cost for me. So all in all, I'll have a smooth newly painted bumper for free, not a bad deal, except for being without the Tahoe for 3-4 days!

I'm in your neighborhood, north DFW area. I actually bought from Sewell in Plano (used to be the Hummer dealer on the Tollway and Park in Plano), that now sells mostly 08-11 pre-owned Yukons/Escalades/Tahoes/Range Rover. Since its pre-owned only now since they've opened the Saab and Mini dealerships next door, I'm not sure if they do much service on their SUVs there but I will definitely ask. If you're looking for help there ask for Bud in internet sales.
Good to hear that there's still some good ones out there.
Always be careful w/ a power washer, especially the commercial ones. Try to spray perpendicular to the surface, less likely to lift the paint.
