My AC leaks water on the inside of the car after driving it for 2 hours, the dealership can not figure out what the problem is, I have had it there 5 times. They said they also have had a Tahoe there with the same issue. Has anyone else had this problem?

Welcome to the forum,
Do you have the rear A/C?
is it leaking in the front or rear?
any leak would have to be the inability to drain away the condensation build up... the drains ways are blocked or plugged most likely but more info is needed on the where and when...

Ditto. There's usually a rubber tube w/ a pinched end on the bottom of the evaporator cases that allow the condensate to drain out. Usually get plugged from accumulated dust that turns to mud plus any other debris that gets sucked in.
