2010 Nav headunit
does anyone have the 2010 Navigation head unit yet? Is it Hard Drive based or does it still have a DVD?
If it has a DVD, what version is it?
thanks!

Don't expect the 2010's Nav unit to play well with the iPhone or iPod Touch via USB. There seems to be a known incompatibility with them right now that GM is working on. Learned this when working to resolve my USB problem with a non-Nav DVD unit that I've posted about over on the Silverado forum.

nice
the most popular portable music player in the world.... (over 200 million sold) plus over 100 million iphones... and it doesn't work with GM... why am I not suprised?

I couldn't agree more. I'm having a similar issue with a non-nav unit. Works fine with a regular iPod but the iPhone and Touch give it fits. My advice to GM is they wake up and listen to the users of these devices. Their numbers are large and most are pretty savvy and won't just let an issue like this die.

sync
with the new mytouch i might just over look how 'truck' the F-150 is on the inside and sell my tahoe and get one... I liked the inside of the tahoe more than the F-150, but the sync and mytouch alone would get me to bail on GM... they have no concept of creating a sat nav for anyone under 70...
