2010 Tahoe Tire/Wheel Road Hazard

I just bought last week a 2010 Tahoe came with 22's on it. Im debating on whether or not to keep the tire/wheel road hazard plan. It cost me 432 for 5 years. What do you guys think is this a good deal or not?
