Default 2017 Suburban DRL/headlight issue

I know this probably isn’t a big deal, but it bothers me. I have a 2017 Silverado and a 2017 Suburban. Both have the LED daytime running light strip underneath the headlights. The headlights on my truck do not come on until it’s dark, but the headlights on the suburban run day and night. Both vehicle’s switches are set to auto and there isn’t an issue with the light sensor on the suburban because the dashboard lights dim and brighten accordingly depending on the daylight. Again, probably not a big deal, but I would like to know if there’s a way to get the headlights on the suburban to only run at night. Thoughts?
