3rd row bench seat stuck in upright position,,,need help lowering to get it out

If you have not already, make sure all the levers are fully engaged as best you can.... you may also want to try plopping down in the seat to see if it will fully latch itself back into place...

I have a 2015 Tahoe and my 3rd row seat is stuck in the up position I can hear it engaging when Click Click On the button to Put it in the upright position But it doesn't make any noise when I click to lower the seat. Is there by chance a manual way of Closing the 3rd row seat?
