Default 92 suburban brake and flasher lights

I used my emergency flashers the other day for the first time in years. They worked fine. However, I noticed yesterday that they no longer work when I turn them on. Added to that, neither do my brake lights. As if that wasn't enough, when I use either the right or the left turn signal, they act like the emergency flashers, turning on both blinkers.

I checked the fuses.. the one that reads "stop", a 15 amp, is blown. I'm on my way to replace it in a few hours but something tells me all these problems indicate more wrong than just a blown fuse. Can anyone help me diagnose this?? I'm horrible with auto electrical. .. I would really appreciate any help at all.
Thanks.
