over about the past year my truck has just been getting worse. whenever i drive it, it shakes when i hit the gas and it seems as if i have no power. it also has an extremely rough idle. but when i drive it on the freeway and the go back on to the street it runs beautifully. i give it all the normal tuneups and i have taken very good care of this truck. please help.

Check the fuel pressure and filter. If they're OK, then try a couple of bottles of Techron.

 

any check engine lamp????
