The front climate control will only blow out the floor vents. Any suggestions?

The vent doors are not opening, due to a malfunctioning vent actuator. I believe that your truck uses electric actuators. You should try and have someone move the control on the dash, while you view the actuator. You may find that the linkage is broken or no longer attached. It is possible that it is also the HVAC control unit, not sending the proper signal to the vent actuator. You will have to work through each area and check to see if it is function properly. It is also possible that your truck could use vacuum tubes, but it is probably electric. If is vacuum, please check all tubes for leaks and replace any tubing that is leaking.

Good luck with your repair

The actuator is located to the right of the gas pedal and above it. I had an issue with the defrost not working on mine (94) but found that after manually opening and closing the vent doors it freed it up and started working. If it is not working at all it will not move and it is not difficult to replace it. Good luck
