Default 95 tahoe help!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok i have a 95 tahoe had a bad a/c compressor changed it and now when i start the truck it idles really bad it sounds like it is camed but its not. After a minute it adjust the idle on its own and the service engine soon light pops on. I have noticed a loss in power when gettin on peddle. I am lost could it be because i didn't refill the freon.

The ac is working fine. The truck had no problems at the time i changed it. Its just odd that i change the ac com. And then the truck doesn't start right and has loss of power.

Huh Thats strange I wish I could help cuz the only time Ive had a/c probs is when mine froze up and when it would try and turn on just the friction from the belt trying to turn it caused rough start and idle and all that jaz but that lasted but two seconds before it started to smoke the belt so I just turned off the a/c and then later unpluged it. Sorry

Default ac trouble

check your ect make sure its connected should be right up by the compressor check harness from ac compressor this unit is monitered by the pcm and adjusts idle and other functons see what code it through with a scannner and if this is a result of a compressor install take it back to the shop that did it and raise a little h... if they dont want to check it out something around the line of fine i will take it to a certified dealer and if it is found to be a direct result of your workmanship then you can count on recieving there bill including time and loss of wages and expences incurred do to your neglegence and lack of cooperation
HAMMERGONE!!
