Default 95' tahoe HELP!!

i just recently bought a 95 tahoe lt 4 dr. its in great shape but its got some issues.

first off, blinkers dont blick they stick on( i have to turn them off and on to make them work, i turned the flashers on and those blink but not the actual blinkers. When i turn it on the volt gauge drops a lil)

second, only the driver side window control works all windows( each window works just ONLY from the drivers side switch) any ideas??

i dono if this is a typical chevy issue but i figured i would ask the community and see what help i can get. thanks in advance and ill get back with updates

turn signals: i would check the flasher unit and all the bulbs.

window switch: look on the drivers door panel where switches are. just in front of them there may be a single switch with a pic of window printed on this. this switch locks out the other windows so they can't be operated independently. only the drivers door switches will work. if this switch is on your panel, and if my memory serves right, there are two window pics, one full window, one full window crossed out. set this switch to the full window not crossed out.

down by the floor, drivers side, just above where your left foot would rest is a panel, bout 6" by 6", it will have various wires coming out of it, with a couple or few relays. if not there, then underhood. grab owners manual, or a chilton's or haynes manual.
