Default 99 tahoe rear A/C question

I was just wondering why my rear evaporator outlet hose is always sweating (dripping cold) ?? I know there is a TxV valve on the evaporator, i wonder if its going bad? the evaporator core itself isnt sweating, just the outlet hose, i can see it dripping on the ground from outside the vehicle. So i gues my question is, does any of your Tahoe's drip water from 2 different spots when only the front ac is turned on??
