Default 97 5.7 fuel pressure while running?

i know i need to change the fuel pump it starts fine after i cycle the key 3 times otherwise it starts hard after sitting over night and i have the updated spider and new fuel filter with only about a 1000 miles on it, my question is what is the fuel pressure while the engine is idling? i got 50psi while idling and when i cycle the key i get about 57 and when the pumps shuts off i get about 52,the book i have says the running pressure is 3-10 psi lower than spec 60-66 psi, anybody ever take a reading while it was running?
