Default 97 suburban stuttering and stalling, need help.

I have a 97 Chevy suburban c1500 5.7L 2wd. Last year I replaced some badly worn parts.

Fuel Filter
Fuel sending unit
Crankshaft Position sensor
Coolant Temp sender
Ignition Coil
Ignition Control Module
Dis. cap and rotor

Last month I had codes ran on it and it came up with a p0131 fault.
Last week it started stuttering and stalling really bad. I would be in traffic trying to go forward and it would just stutter badly. This past weekend I replaced the spark plugs, plugs wires, and the O2 sensor. I took it around the block and its still doing the same things.

I am not too sure what else it could be. If anyone has any thoughts please let me know. If I can't fix it, I will be selling it. Thank you in advance.
