i just did a fuel pressure test on my tahoe and it came out to be 54 psi while it was idling,then when i rev it,the pressure jumps up to 58 psi...im gonna put in a new fuel filter tonight just bto be safe since i havent changed it since ive had her(about a year now)..is there anything i should be worried about like my fuel pump going out?

 

That's always a possibility.
