Default 98 tahoe 4wd fuse

my 98 chevy tahoe 4wd fuse keeps blowing new transfer case new transfer case motor new actuator still blowing fuse any ideas

worked fine for a day or 2 just kept blowing fuse now pops as soon as i put the fuse in any way to straight wire it up and still use switch or my own switch just want 4wd to work

Search for bulletin "#PIP3389" on the web. "If G102 and G107 are loose the TCCM and possibly the encoder motor are being used as a ground path." This could short out the encoder motor and thus shunt the current from the 4WD fuse straight to ground as soon as the key is turned to RUN.

Default still not working

i have tried the fuses wire was burnt fixed that now dont blow fuse but all lights even a red light and then go off and service 4wd light comes on still no 4wd

You may want to take it in for service. Something is probably causing the self test to fail. Without a proper scan tool, there's no way to know what that "something" is.
