can I get this side trimming off the doors and fenders of the car?

you will be able to pull it right off but it will leave the adhesive behind to get that off you could use Goo Gone or something like that and your fingers to get it off or you could go buy a 3m strip off wheel and that would make it alot easier

Use mono-filament fishing line to prevent damaging the molding should you decide to re-use sell it, and as stated goo gone should work for the remaining adhisive.
the trim on the bumper is clipped in and you will have to deal with the cut outs on the bare steel bumper if you pull that off...

EDIT:
use the line to cut the adhesive behind the molding

Being 11 years old, be careful if your paint has faded because under the trim should not be faded and may look a little weird.

Yeah Definately. I had that problem with my Blazer... I have the vinyl covering it for now though.
