Default 99 Burb old style rear evaporator core access

Hope someone can fill me in on this. How do you get access to the rear core? Dealership told me that I had a leak at the rear core fitting. My understanding is that access is through the passenger side rear wheel well plastic crap on the interior. I took off the top and two side panels that had screws but am now stuck. Nothing obvious to me to remove next. Anyone?

It's on the passenger side you have to remove the panel. Then you will see a black box like and air box. The evaporator is in that black box.
