Default 99 Suburban Bad Rear End

So I bought a 99 Suburban that needed a rear end. Its locked up. The front has 3.73 gearing in it. Bought a rebuilt rear axle with lockers. It's pretty nice. The guy who I bought it from said it was 3.73 gearing. Found out today it wasnt. I was just curious what will happen if I run that rear end with my stock 31in tires. Obviously cant put it in 4x4. But was only going to use it for work anyways. Any input would be appreciated. I'm going to be driving on the highway too.
