Hey guys. Starting a few months back, my '99 Suburban 1500 has been idling pretty rough. When warmed up, it idles at 500 (is this normal?), and the exhaust "puffs" if you will.

I'm the original owner of this truck, and haven't had major problems; has 167k on the clock. The car shakes when driving at idle speed.

I think it might be the throttle body, but I would also like you get your opinion.

May just need a tune-up, or fuel injector cleaner.

 

I'd also like to add that is has stalled on me a few times.

Also takes longer than it should to start it.

 

Seafoam, B-12 spray on throttle body cleaner, PCV valve, Air cleaner element. Try these first.

 

I'm starting to believe it's the fuel pressure. It stalled on my three times just sitting in park.
