Default '99 Tahoe fuel filter & serpentine belt

(1) Where's the fuel filter on my '99 Tahoe located?

(2) Any special tool(s) needed or difficulties to be encountered to replace serpentine belt on '99 Tahoe?

The fuel filter is located under the vehicle on the inside of the frame rail...I think the passenger side. As for the serpentine belt....a ratched or breaker bar to release the pressure on the belt and then remove the belt. Nothing else should need to be removed.

Fuel filter is on inside of driver side frame rail, just below the driver door.
