Default add rear camera

I have a 2007 Suburban 2500 4x4 LS work truck. I want to add a rear camera. Factory style one has 4 wire plug connector. I have aftermarket radio with screen and camera video input to install in the truck, plug and play for this vehicle (allegedly). Can anyone tell me if the trucks come with factory wiring harness that supports a camera or will I have to run cable and wire to the rear of the truck? Also, the camera connector does not have a connector that I usually relate to video, like BNC or RCA for coax. The radio head unit does. I have not done a lot of electrical stuff since everything went to computers and solid state but know basic wiring. I would appreciate some guidance on this before I pull everything apart and find I don't have the right stuff.

Thank you.
