We have a 2007 Suburban. The back hatch has been giving me fits. I have replaced the door pad to open the hatch, and the latch itself as well as the glass window latch. Can't open the hatch at all and the window hatch opens whenever it wants even while driving?? Ay suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

 

Full all 4-code family's code scan it step one. Body control module controls those functions. Without a comprehensive scan your just throwing parts at it.
There are B, U and C codes as well as just the P codes. Seeing what and if any codes are present will help point where to start tracking down the issue.
