I am hoping someone can help with this issue. I installed a back-up camera to my 07 LT3 tahoe with navigation. I taped the power for the backup camera to the blue wire on the white plug on the bottom of the stearing colume. This is the wire that the instructions for the back up camera said to tap. Everything works great with the camera. However, now my back up sensor only beeps once when I get close to an object. The lights in the rear still blink to red, but I only get one beep. Any thoughts?

 

I have the camera from the factory and I think I only get one beep. I'll have to check and make sure.

 

unplug the wire you tapped into and see if it works the way it is supposed to.
