Default Battery Drain '05 Suburban z71

I am having an issue with the battery/starting system with this Suburban I just purchased. Obviously the dealer mistaking care of it but it's a Dodge dealer and I wanted to do some of my own research.

A new battery was installed: It started up just fine for about 6-8 hours. After it sat overnight, I went out to start it and all I got was one loud "CLICK"…coming from the starter underneath so I hit it a few times with a dead-blow and nothing happened. I proceeded to jump it from my truck and it wouldn't fire..just the same click.

The dealer came and picked it up and put a new battery in it, tested the charging system and everything came back "OK" so I took profession and again the same thing happened..it was ok for about 5-6 hours but I went out this morning and the same "CLICK" occurred. I am lost.. seems something is obviously draining it overnight. I also heard some weird noises coming from under the dash while driving last night, might be related I am not sure.

Lastly, every time I enter and exit the vehicle, the voice comes over the speakers and says "Phone Unavailable" Could this be causing a draw?
Trailer Brake maybe?
AC relay thus the dash noise?

Any advice or direction would be appreciated.. I know enough about cars to be dangerous, thats all. I want to be educated enough so they do not push me around.

Thanks in advance

besides isolating and finding the draw...there is nothing else to be done. Are they doing this or are you on your own?

I assume you have all accessories, phone chargers cords disconnected from the outlets as they will draw power even when not connected to a device.

Welcome to the forum.

They need to measure the quiescent current draw at the battery w/ everything off and then start pulling fuses until the current drops to zero.

Yeah after reading on here for the last hour I have some direction. They are doing all of this for me, it left my pregnant wife stranded this morning in 8 degree weather so that didn't sit well. The dealership is taking care of everything but I want to make sure I am not going to face this same issue 2-3 months down the road. They were replacing the starter this evening and if that doesn't fix it I will suggest the fuse test/draw check. Appreciate the responses. Hope to have it fixed soon.

Our 05 say Phone Unavailable too - has to do with Onstar not working since their upgrade.
