Allballfan, I did not replace the module on my Tahoe yet. The service tech familiar with the tech2 tool could not re-flash or otherwise re-establish Bluetooth function. When your Bluetooth was working, were you able to stream music from the phone through the vehicle stereo or just phone calls?

 

for $612 you could get a fairly nice aftermarket head unit!

Can someone verify off the cuff if the factory Bluetooth on a 2009 Tahoe streams audio through the vehicle system?

I'm saying for $600 you could have a new headunit that does blue tooth streaming, calls, pandora, etc.
