We bought a 2016 tahoe which was a police tahoe , there are some things "not working" such as the center console where you can charge your phone, hook up aux cords and the rear controls, also heated seats are not working, no speakers in the back, no seat belts on the third row . Just wondering if anyone else has any knowledge about things that may have been disabled or on what may need to be hooked back up

 

You need a wiring diagram and need to check for removed fuses that may have been pulled when they stripped out the police equipment.
