see now I'm gonna have to go check on the burban... I'm gonna feel like a total idiot if it has a different belt for the compressor. :bangtard:

FWIW I think either Gates or Dayco or both supply the OEM belts. Personally I've always had good luck w/ Dayco.

did you replace the tensioner also? The brown rust tint on the belt is from the bearing inside the tensioner pulley and normally by the time the belt is cracking the tensioner is shot. If i remember right there was a TSB of some sort on it but usually if you take off the tensioner and hold it up you can see if its wore out it wont be completely vertical.

About 95% of the A/C belts I've replaced the tensioner needed replaced also.
