Default a/c compressor clutch

My 04 Suburban is making a loud buzzing sound from the passenger's side engine compartment. It does it only when the RPM is between 1500 and 2000... it happens both on the way up to higher RPMs and on the way down back down to idle. It buzzes when the truck is in gear (only at 1500-2000RPM) or in park when revving the engine. It only buzzes with the a/c on though.

The front and rear a/c works excellent.
I'm guessing it's the clutch or bearing. The tensioner is within the scale and the compressor function seems to be very good. I've had the truck a year and it just started doing this about 300 miles ago. The belt is new (went for the cheap thing first) and there is no buzzing at any other RPM.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
J

Welcome to the forum.

Any change in the sound when the compressor is on or off?
