Question chevy oem fog kit for 2010 tahoe?

Hey. I have a 2010 Chevy Tahoe. I bought SUV with fog light and it has hid lighting (hid light are rtv held to fog light). previous owner installed them. they installed aftermarket fog light "off & on" switch, from local part store. tried to find factory fog light harness, but didn't find one. checked SUV and found this vehicle didn't came with fog lights.
I plan to get rid of the "home made kit" and install OEM kit with OEM fog light switch and possible hid kit.

My question is has anyone bought OEM fog light kit from gmpartsdirect.com? I found a kit on this website (part number: 19157652 lamp kit) 19157652 LAMP PKG. I can't tell if this kit comes complete with Instructions.
Should I buy OEM fog light kit from dealer? What you opinion on this.
Thanks in advance.

Best bet would be to e-mail gmpartsdirect.

Make sure the kit comes with the switch.
