Hi all, I'm new to the forum so please forgive me if I make any mistakes.
I just purchased a 2013 Chevy Tahoe LS PPV from an auction. Everything works fine except for one thing. When I lock or unlock the truck, it doesn't make any chirping sound. I have googled and read pretty much all I could get my hands on concerning this issue but have yet to find out how to enable the chirping sound when lock/unlocking the truck with my key fob. I tried the instructions on my user manual where I would go into the info menu but it's not there. There's also another thread that shows how you press both the lock/unlock buttons to go into programming menu and when it enters programming for tmps, it chirps or beeps but there's no menu to enable the lock/unlocking chirp or beeping sound. Is it just because it's a ppv vehicle that this feature is not an option or is it just disabled and I need to figure out how to enable it?

Horn beep on locking if selectable on a PPV would be in the options menus. If it's not in the screen menu it's not there.
PPV has to be stealthy when being locked on raids.
