Post Click/Clunk Left front when driving straight

Own a 2007 Suburban. I have LOUD click coming from the left front tire. Replaced half shaft, everything is greased, no ripped boots. The noise happens random, a flat road. I have no clue as to what this could be.

Sounds like a wheel bearing/hub assembly going out. When driving straight at about 35 mph move the steering wheel from 12 o'clock to 10 o'clock and then to 2 o'clock. When you move to 10 it will load the right front bearing and when move to 2 it will load the left front bearing. See if the noise appears/changes. Or you have something trapped in the left front brake/caliper area or maybe brake hardware problems. Does it make the noise when steering straight or when turn?
