Common electrical issues
Ive been having intermittent issues with my 2016 Tahoe LS 4WD i replaced battery 2 years ago and it fixed issues with power draining, then about 2024, issue happened again but whenever i disconnected a trailer, wouldn't crank or start for about 10 minuites, and had loss of power (drove like it was in 5th gear all the time) after a while it went away, then out of nowhere i drove in rain and ended up getting the following codes:
U0100 Pending, Stored, and Permanent
P16F3 Pending, Stored, and Permanent
U0101 Pending and Stored
U0073 Pending
P279A Pending
P0700 Pending and Stored.
this issue kept happening when it was wet, raining or snowing
then after letting it sit for a few weeks i got in and drove it and without erasing the codes, CEL was gone and all codes (including permanent) were gone. So until i could figure out what issue was i just didnt drive it in rain. then last week it was dry and i picked up some cinderblocks and on the way back home i started getting constant service warnings (4WD, Stabilitrak, Power Steering, ABS, Park Assist) And even when car is running or driving all the dash gauges will flicker and drop down to zero (RPM, Speedometer, Oil Pressure and Level).
I know this is a long shot and like asking for help when it could be a thousand things but ive spent 2 years researching common issues and nothing has worked, i changed battery trailer brake module, looked over engine and body ground cable, both grounds underneath dash and A pillars, checked fuses, the positive cable from battery to junction. I'm just hoping there is someone that has had this issue that could help me figure it out or give feedback as to what their solution was before i spend $5k for dealership to maybe fix the issue.

Plenty of youtube videos for diagnosing a parasitic battery drain. Important as starter batteries are damaged with SOC drops below 50% and with a parasitic drain it can be reduced to zero. Most common with Ford vehicles and I sold my 2022 F-150 at a serious loss after having to replace the battery 4 times in 3 years.
