Looks more like a cut than a crack in the photo.

 

The dealer will probably use a repair kit rather than get you a new leather seat cover just to make you happy. as soon as i took home my suburban, i ordered a set of Cabelas trail gear seat covers for the front. I am not a big fan of leather seats anyway. Good luck, i hope they do right by you.

 

the leather in my tahoe is paper thin, the leather in my dad's 9 year old excursion has held up better! not impressed. hate the vehicle with a passion. will never own a GM again.
