I have a 2000 Tahoe with a quirky problem: Randomly the turn signal relay/flasher will sound like the signal is on without pulling the lever. It will click for a long time then quit, but the light isn't on. I've changed the relay but this still happens. It's like the relay is getting just enough voltage to trip without actually turning the signal on. Any ideas what could be doing this?
