Digdug,

Just go with the magnaflow. It sounds better, like I said the sound is deeper, but won't be loud. I know that in idle or even cruising the sound is mellow. Now when you step on it then it will get louder. Remember that you are taking out the resonator which keeps you stock from getting louder. If you want just tell them to replace the muffler but keep the resonator on. I think that will help, just don't know how it will do performance wise.
