Default Electrical Gremlins in my 2003 Surburban (Base Model Flex Fuel)

Hello All,
Happiest of Hollidays to All.
I have a strange issue with my Suburban.
It all started with me going on a 5 mile trip going in a store coming out 10 minutes later and the vehicle won't start, turn the key no dummy lights no sounds just DOA.
Had it towed to my technitians shop and it was diagnosed with a bad ECM. Tech oredered a replacement, installed it, vehicle started , all was well.
Fast forward 5 months later the driver side master window switch started to not working the other windows unless you held the driver side master window switch down and the corresponding switch to the window you wanted to go down. I replaced the master window switch with a $150 Doorman and things worked for a week or so them the issue returned. I sent the switch back and got a replacement and after a week or so the issue returned again. The starnge thing is taht i seems as though the issue only occurred when the outside temp was above 90 degrees. The times the issue didn't occur the temp was below 85 degrees.
When it was really hot out I would get messgaes on the info message display "Driver side door open", " Service Air Bag", check 4WD ( My auto technitian replaced 3 - 4wd motors that were verified working but not in my 'Burb.) interior door light would come on and I had to turn the interior light switch all the way on then off to get the lights off.
My technitian replaced all ground points and sent the BCM out for testing and it was verified as working correctly but the issues just got worse.
It began to not start when you turned the key on hot days usually would fail to start more as the vehicle was driven.
To get it to start I have to turn the key to "ON", put it in "R" then turn the key to "START", put key back to "ON" put it in "N" turn the key to "START" it may start up.
If it doesn't start
I have to turn the key to "ON", put it in "R" then turn the key to "START", put key back to "ON", put it in "N" turn the key to "START", put key back to "ON" put it in "R" turn the key to "START" put key to "ON", put it in "N" turn the key to "ON"
usually 7 out of 10 times this will start it. If it doesn't I wait 3-5 mins and perform the sequence again it usually will start then. All other aspects ot the vehicle are great engine. tranny, rear, everything runs smooth it's just these crazy electrical issues.
I know this sounds strange I feel cursed I used to have a Jeep and the interior lights would pop on when the outside temp was above 80-85 and the only way to get them off was to turn on the AC and when the interior got cool the light turned off.
I can't make this S%#! up!.
Anyone ever have an issue with their suburban similar to my problem? Any ideas would be appriciated.

Thanks in Advance
KJOHN

I want to clarify the no start issue usally occurs when it is hot or the vehicle has been running at least an hour or more, it is not all the time but it seems more often than not when it is hot out side or vehicle running a while.
