Default Fan not blowing from front vents

2010 LT 1500 suburban, after traveling 30-45 min the blower will cease blowing and roar, if on high. Rear system works fine. Next day, sometimes even the same day it starts again. I’ve seen videos on filter and blower fan, but any suggestions on what could be the problem?

Is this happening with the a/c on in high humidity ? Evaporator may be icing up blocking airflow.

Not high humidity and usually on high as it’s been 80+ the last few months. As stated, starts 30-45 minutes into trip.

+1 for icing. is the system overcharged causing evaporator flooding? If you home charged the system...its probably overcharged. You need to charge by weight not a pressure gauge.
