Default Front blower quit working

My front blower suddenly quit working. Rear seems fine. I'm found that I could be resistor. Having hard time locating part number. Anyone have any info on this. Thanks

If it's a problem with the resistor, the fan motor should still work on the "hi" setting. If the fan motor doesn't work at any speed setting, then it's not a problem with the resistor pack.

It's a 2007. Blower not working at any speed. Got an oil change at Walmart and immediately after front blower has stopped working. Not sure if coincidence or not.
