Default Front end alignment on '04 Tahoe

We just bought a '04 Tahoe 4x4 and it has been lowered with 3" Eibach springs in back and torsion bar adjustment in front from what I can see. I took it into a shop to have the alignment done and they claim they can't get it closer then -1degree camber? Seems like with only about a 2" drop they should be able to adjust it more then that? I looked at the front suspension and it looks like the camber plates are set right in the middle. Anyone have pictures of what the adjustment is like or done a alignment on a 2" drop. Thanks.

Take it to a different shop. With only a 2" drop it should still be very align able. Did they even try? Are the plastic pieces still in that the factory uses to set proper adjustment when it is being built?

Here are a few pictures to better show where it is at and the alignment pieces I am talking about. I doubt its even 2" lower as its just the stock bars cranked down. Heres how it sits.

Heres the underneath, pretty much level.

This is the camber plate I believe is used for adjustment. Not to familiar with the Tahoe suspension so hoping some of you can help me out so when I take it back I know what I am talking about Where would the factory plastic piece be MDTAHOE?

The plastic would be in that slot in the bottom picture. It is gone in that picture. Are both gone on both sides? Are all 4 centered like the above picture?

Yes, all four are roughly centered as in the picture. How much camber adjustment does the stock system give you?

Actually I lied, the drivers side are both about in the middle. The passenger side has the front one almost all the way in one direction and the back one all the way in the opposite direction?

You need to find someone who understands alignments and alignment theory, not just someone who only knows how to run the machine. That truck is still fully adjutable. They have it screw up

What exactly is screwed up? I agree that they didn't do there job but I like to be informed when talking to people. I had it done and paid for so I either want it fixed or refunded. Are those plates simply camber adjustment plates or are they more then that? Is it simply all the way one direction is full negative camber and all the way in the other full positive? Problem around here is most of the places that do alignments are simply tire shops that also do alignments, not really any suspension specific places. Thanks for all your help though.
