The fact is though if you are talking about what I think THERE SHOULD BE NO FUEL THERE. Hopefully someone else that has done the job before will chime in since you seem like you do not believe me. The new seal will fail also since it is not designed to stop a fuel leak. You stand a chance of fire, you have raw fuel leaking into an electrical connector that has many power and ground wires. As the fuel starts to push it off again it could spark, then boom. Call the dealer guy and ask him how many of those seals he has sold in the past.

looks like the injectors are leaking or are coming apart....you will need to replace the entire fuel metering body components injectors, poppets, and regulator...been there done that...
Its not a hard job just take your time....check the body for any cracks replace if any are found...

Thanks, yes I have already ordered the entire spider complete, upper intake manifold gasket kit, and a fuel injector gasket/o-ring set not sure if I need that or not but ordered it anyway. It doesn't look very hard to do just some time I hope. Are there any other parts I need to order to do the job or change while in there? Thanks

Default Gas in plenum plug?

I fixed it once today with the old gaskets and it purred like a kitty no problems no fuel leak. As soon as I shut it off the seals popped again and here I am back at square one.
what can happen if you get gas into your plug of the plenum a.k.a(fuel meter body plenum plug)?
