It a paper sheet with alla the technical details of the car ans saying thet the car is in conformity with the Européans laws ! (if i'm clear enough), the problem here, is few month after the starting of the crisis, GM Chevrolet companies ave closes their doors !

Without this paper, my car is "outlaw" and i've to bring it to a spécial organisation wich takes 4000$ to edit this f..... paper !

regards
Joe

sounds like you're asking for a forged document, or at least going to use a document to create a forgery

Default maybe not

they talk about this all the time on Top Gear... the laws over there are even crazyer than here...

If GM says the vehicle meets the standards with that sheet; the person is ok (I assume it does meet them)... without it, and without GM being 'open' to provide said sheet, going to a place that preps cars to go from the US to europe / etc can be very expensive...

perhaps GM can mail you one?

Interesting dilema...I doubt GM would mail him a certificate after the fact since GM has no idea what mods (if any) have been made...or maybe the new country doesn't care about mods?
