Default HELP PLEASE! 03 Tahoe - NO Crank

Hello all, I’m having an intermittent issue that seems to have turned into a permanent one. About a year ago I would turn the key and once I got the key to start position- it seems like the car would die. I’d try it a few times and boom the Tahoe would crank and turn over. It then started happening more and more often. Now it’s at the point were it won’t start at all. I can leave the key in the run position and remove the starter relay and jump it just fine no issues, truck starts right up. I have replaced my ignition switch, replaced all relays, checked every single fuse under hood and driver side dash, cleaned every connection/ ground from fuse box to battery, and battery to starter. I’ve tried jumping with jump box to see if it’s battery, tried using jumper cables from one car to mine. No luck. Every once in a while I could hop out, switch the relays (3 of the same one under hood) and could get it to start. The new location I moved old non starting relay to would still work just fine, so not the relay. I could sometimes hold the key in start position for about 10 seconds and then it would crank out of no where. That’s not working anymore either. I am unsure where to go from here. I’ve taken off the dash and steering column and looked for any rouge wires, cut out the wiring for my tv system (installed from factory) to see if maybe one of those wires were the cause. I’m stumped. Any ideas or help would be really appreciated!

You need a shop manual and have to check and electrically test the starting circuits. alldatadiy.com has the full shop manual online and a one-month subscription is on sale for like $20. Plus, a full all 4-code family system scan is needed also to help diagnose it.
