I'm not sure if there is an easier way... here's how I getrdun

Once you have the reply window opened:
check the "embed picture in post" block located under the reply window.
click the "click here to upload!" link and hit browse and you can search your computer for the file you want.

That's the only method I know

 

I just tried another method

right click photo on web. click properties. Copy URL.
click "image" block above reply window. pasted the url between bracketed image
